A Cacao & Berry Smoothie For A Quick Pick-Me-Up

This smoothie is a delightful option when you want something sweet without the sugar overload. Cacao provides a healthy dose of antioxidants that can decrease inflammation, combat signs of aging and help prevent a host of other diseases, like heart disease. Cacao & Berry Smoothie (Gluten Free and Vegetarian) Makes 1 serving Ingredients
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1 cup dairy-free milk
  • 1 Tbsp. cacao powder
  • 1 Tbsp. honey
  • sprinkle with unsweetened coconut (optional)
