GREENHOUSE EFFECT FACTS: 
The average global temperature of the earth WITHOUT a greenhouse effect would be a bone chilling -18 degrees centigrade and with a greenhouse effect the average global temperature is a cozy 12 degrees Centigrade. The average global temperature WITH a greenhouse effect but WITHOUT convective wind currents (pure grrenhouse effect) would be a brain baking 77 degrees Centigrade (water boils at 100 degrees Centigrade).
