1. Beet Salad
Beet Salad is a heart healthy salad which is rich in vitamins and helps to improve the blood hemoglobin. First Boil the beet and then add dill and coriander seeds to it. For better taste you can add salt and pepper.
2. Fruit Salad
Take a bowl and fill with blackberries, sliced strawberries, mandarin oranges, sliced starfruit, blueberries, sliced kiwi, pineapple shavings. You can also add some chopped almonds or walnuts.
3. Cabbage Salad
If you want to lose your weight, then you must add cabbage in your diet. It is the most effective vegetable that helps in weight loss. Mix one bowl of cabbage shavings with half bowl each of Pineapple ,Carrot and Lettuce. For better taste add black salt and coriander leaves to it.
4. Garlic-Tomato Salad
This salad is very delicious and also helps a lot in reducing the fat. Take the juice out of lemon with some chopped garlic pieces,salt, cayenne powder added in it and then mix them with freshly cut tomatoes.
5. Cucumber Salad
Cucumber is water rich vegetable which is rich in fiber content and low in carbohydrates, so this is the ideal vegetable to include in weight loss diet plans. Take a bowl of chopped cucumbers with chopped tomatoes and spring onions added in it, then dress the salad with green chilies, lemon juice and soy sauce.
